- Service Overview
Ramos Landscaping Handyman and More LLC provides recurring lawn care services under a monthly subscription model. Services include:
• Weekly Grass Cutting
• General Lawn Maintenance
This service is offered exclusively as part of a monthly subscription.
Initial Service Fee – What You Need to Know
As part of starting your lawn care service with us, a one-time Initial Service Fee may apply during the first visit. This fee covers:
The extra time and effort often needed to bring the lawn up to standard (especially if the grass is overgrown or has not been maintained recently).
Any necessary cleanup or preparation to ensure the yard is ready for regular maintenance.
A full evaluation of your property to provide the best ongoing care.

- Subscription Terms
• The monthly subscription fee is $150
• This fee covers weekly grass cutting (once per week, four times per month)
• The subscription will automatically renew monthly unless canceled in writing by the client with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Note: The advertised price of the $150 Subscription Lawn Care Full Service is subject to adjustment after the initial property evaluation. Additional charges may apply if the property includes larger-than-average green areas or presents challenges such as limited access through fences or narrow spaces that increase the time and effort required to complete the service.

- Additional Services
The following services are not included in the monthly subscription and will incur additional charges:
• Landscaping (e.g., planting, mulching, edging, garden bed design)
• Tree cutting or removal
• Pressure washing
• Handyman or repair work not related to regular lawn cutting
All additional services must be requested separately and approved with a written or digital estimate before work is scheduled.

- Cancellation and Refunds
• Subscription cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• No partial refunds are given for mid-month cancellations.
• If the client fails to make payment, services will be suspended until payment is received.

Client agrees to ensure that property access is available during scheduled service days (e.g., gates unlocked, pets secured). Missed visits due to blocked access will not be rescheduled or refunded.

- Weather and Rescheduling
In the event of severe weather, services may be delayed or rescheduled at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to complete all missed services as soon as possible.

- Liability
Ramos Landscaping Handyman and More LLC is insured and will take reasonable care during all services. However, we are not liable for:
• Damage due to pre-existing conditions on the property
• Items left in the yard (toys, hoses, decorations, etc.)

Handyman Services Terms and Conditions
1. Estimate Fee
A $50 Local Handyman Estimate Fee applies to all service requests. This fee covers the initial on-site evaluation, time spent assessing the work needed, and providing a detailed quote. The fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward the final invoice if the service is approved and scheduled within 7 days of the estimate.
2. Service Pricing
All labor and materials will be quoted based on the nature and scope of work. Prices may vary depending on job complexity, urgency, and access to the work area. Any changes to the scope after the initial estimate may result in a revised quote.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed services unless otherwise stated in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit. Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit/debit cards, or electronic transfer.
4. Access and Work Conditions
Clients are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the work area. If additional labor or time is required due to restricted access, structural complications, or unsafe conditions, additional charges may apply.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated labor cost.
6. Warranty and Liability
All workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise specified. The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, external conditions, or materials provided by the client. The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or unforeseen issues hidden within walls, structures, or systems.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if the client is uncooperative or disrespectful to staff.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting and accepting our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined above.

3. Subscription Services
Recurring lawn care services are billed on a scheduled basis (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) as agreed upon in advance. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled service to avoid being charged.
4. Single Lawn Services and Conditions
A one-time service request for lawn care may be subject to an additional fee if grass height exceeds 5 inches. This fee covers additional labor, fuel, and equipment wear due to overgrowth.
5. Handyman Estimates
All handyman estimate payments are non-refundable and are not considered deposits or credits toward future work. The estimate covers assessment, travel, and consultation time.
6. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of service or as agreed upon in writing. We accept payments through approved methods listed on our website or invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be charged a service or travel fee.
8. Liability Disclaimer
We take all necessary precautions to ensure quality work. However, Ramos Landscaping Handyman And More LLC is not liable for damages caused by hidden conditions, pre-existing issues, or delays due to weather, emergencies, or third parties. Clients must inform us in advance of any underground wiring, irrigation, or hazards.
9. Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. We strive to provide quality and timely service at all times.
10. Use of Website

11. Changes to These Terms
